Only when you first download a design. Uploading, comparing styles and changing the size cost nothing. Digitizing your own art needs a free account.

What happens after my 5 free designs?

How does that compare with paying for digitizing?

Custom digitizing services usually charge per design or per 1,000 stitches and deliver in about a day.

Pricing questions

Do I need a card?

No. Your 5 free designs need no card.

Do re-downloads cost anything?

No. Re-downloads and new sizes of the same design are free.

What counts as one design?

One uploaded artwork. All four styles and every format of it count as the same design.

What if the file doesn't work?

If a download fails, the free design goes back to your account. Check the format your machine reads on the format pages.
